Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

Tezverse publishes Aethra City Rush. This policy applies to the Aethra City Rush mobile game distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to the official promotional website at https://city-rush.tezverse.com/.

The current game is a single-player runner. You play as a runner through the city of Aethra using touch and motion controls. Energy Tokens, shields, parkour suits, and jump pads are in-game items earned during play. The game does not use an account, a leaderboard, advertising, or in-app purchases.

2. Information the game keeps on your device

Aethra City Rush stores gameplay on the device where you install it. Tezverse does not receive that information and does not operate a game server for it.

• Game progress. Run progress, Energy Tokens harvested from Core nodes, unlocked shields, parkour suits, jump pads, and similar in-game items are saved in the app’s local storage so they remain after you close the game.
• Settings. Choices such as audio and on-screen display options stay on the device.
• Motion controls. While you play, the game reads device motion sensors, such as the accelerometer, only to steer the runner. That reading is used in the moment. It is not saved as a profile and is not sent to Tezverse.
• Touch input. Swipes and taps are used to control the run. They are not recorded or uploaded.

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, deletes this local game data.

3. Information the game does not collect

The current version of Aethra City Rush does not ask for, collect, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details
• An account, username, or password
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, photos, files, or microphone audio
• Advertising identifiers, analytics events, or crash reports sent to Tezverse
• Payment or financial information (the game has no in-app purchases)

Because this data never leaves your device through the app, Tezverse does not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling.

4. Downloads, Google Play, and the App Store

Aethra City Rush for Android is available on Google Play. An Apple App Store release is planned. When you install from Google Play or the Apple App Store, those stores process your download under their own terms. Google or Apple may know that you installed the app, and they handle any store-level information such as your store account. Tezverse does not receive your store account details through the game.

5. The official website

The website at city-rush.tezverse.com is a promotional page for trailers, character art, and the prequel graphic novel. It does not include an account, a newsletter, or a contact form. Tezverse does not store personal information in your browser for a user profile.

The website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-P9HGJG3SLQ) to understand how people use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and general traffic patterns. Google may collect standard usage details such as page URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral information. That processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Tezverse uses aggregated Analytics reports and does not use Analytics to sell personal information or to build advertising profiles about individual visitors.

The website is hosted on Vercel. To deliver pages, Vercel processes standard request details such as your IP address and browser type under Vercel’s privacy policy. Typefaces are served from the website itself, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts for font files. Mouse movement on the page is used only to animate a background on your screen and is not saved by Tezverse.

Videos, posters, and the graphic novel PDF are files hosted with the website. Opening them does not create a Tezverse user profile.

6. Children

Aethra City Rush is a general-audience action game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the game does not collect personal information from anyone, it also does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. How long information is kept

Game progress and settings remain in the app’s local storage until you clear that storage or uninstall Aethra City Rush. Tezverse does not keep a copy of that local save. Website Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics and Google’s policies.

8. Security

Local game data is protected by your device’s operating system, including any screen lock you use. Keep your device software updated. Tezverse cannot reset or restore a local save, because that save is not uploaded.

9. Your choices

• Play without creating an account. No account is required.
• Delete local progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Aethra City Rush.
• Control motion-sensor access in your device settings. Turning motion sensors off may limit motion controls; touch controls still work where the game provides them.
• Limit website Analytics with browser controls such as blocking third-party scripts, using private browsing, or Google’s available opt-out tools for Analytics.
• Ask Tezverse whether we hold personal information about you. For the current game, local progress stays on your device. Website visit metrics are processed through Google Analytics as described above.

10. Changes

If a future version adds accounts, online features, advertising, or purchases, Tezverse will update this policy before those features collect new information, and will change the effective date at the top of this page. The version posted at city-rush.tezverse.com/privacy-policy.html is the current policy.
